Cookies

Some of the internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close the browser. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, these will be treated separately in this data protection declaration.

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

We use your applicant data exclusively for the specified purpose of job and project placement or, ideally, for the conclusion of a corresponding contract.

The data you provide is recorded in our database in accordance with the order data processing contract of HR4You, compared by our employees with the available positions and, if there is a high level of agreement, forwarded to the relevant customers by a key account manager with your consent. If all the requirements are correct, the required data will be forwarded to the HR department and the customer after the contract has been concluded.

The processing of the data entered in the application form (contact data, application documents, photo, etc.) is therefore exclusively based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal email message to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the application form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

4. Plugins and Tools

The offer on our website may also include content, services and performances from other providers that complement our offer. Examples of such offers are maps from Google Maps, YouTube videos or third-party graphics. Calling up these services from third parties regularly requires the transmission of your IP address. This enables these providers to perceive your user IP address and also to save it. We try very hard to only include third-party providers who only use IP addresses to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on which third party provider may save the IP address. This storage can, for example, serve statistical purposes. If we become aware of storage processes by third-party providers, we will inform our users of this fact immediately. In this context, please also note the special data protection declarations for individual third-party providers and service providers whose services we use on our website.

For our further internet presence on Facebook, Twitter and Xing, we have embedded a link to the corresponding company page on our homepage. Here you will only be forwarded to the social media pages of BUTSCH GmbH without any links or like buttons.
